Close to Brady Texas.... Need info

Alright, so, as I was passing by this location the other day I completely freaked out and slammed on the brakes!! It appeared out of the blue, well, kind of. This abandoned location is very cool and I would like to know the name of it, Anyone? Better yet, I would like to know who to contact to obtain entry. In all the excitement I forgot where the heck it was other then the fact that is it close to Brady Texas on 87. Any help or information would be very much appreciated.
