i don't believe i've ever had even a 'so-so' experience at AC. everyone has always been -outstanding- to me. now usually i only deal with jay at the rental counter, but still.

sometimes i do have to wait quite a few minutes to be helped, but last time i checked this place caters to -everyone-, not just me personally. and since the employees are great i don't mind the wait.

Hehe, true 'nuff on Jay.. but he greets me by name whenever I enter the store and even (most of the time) remembers my company name when ringing me up (which is in no way based on my name)... Jay's good people.

All of them at AC are, for that matter.
