Have to say, I had a good experience there just last weekend. I took in a digital file that was not exactly the size I wanted printed. I left it to be printed, and when I picked it up it wasn't cropped how I wanted. Somehow my cropping instructions didn't make it back to Barry from the front desk. I took the print anyway, and came home. The next morning when I saw it framed I decided I just couldn't live with it. I took the file back up there, and Barry printed it for me while I waited. No charge. It was just as much my fault as theirs and they took care of the problem no questions asked. I really appreciated that.
