I just want to let everyone know about the great service I received from Arlington Camera.
Thursday I was reading the threads on the EF 70-200 L. Well we all know thats how things start. next thing I know I am checking prices and trying to decide if I was going to order from
B&H. Like a lot of people, I have friends that have had problems with them, but it is a tough decision when you look at pricing.
When we lived in Dallas we would shop Arlington Camera and Ramsey. ( Dallas People Know). But over the years we became Arlington Camera customers.
Well while I was trying to decide what to do, I saw that Arlington Camera was on line in the forum. I shot them a quick PM telling them what I was interested in. In a short time I received a reply from Hermilo. I liked what he said and placed an order.
Friday around 10:00am I received an e-mail with a tracking #. UPS Ground.
And then Saturday, Hermilo sent me a PM letting me know that my package had gone out and was scheduled for a Monday delivery. I received the lens about 2:00 p.m. I have never had any vendor go to this trouble in the past. It was appreciated. This shows me that even though I have not been a customer in 8 + yrs, they were still giving the excellent service that makes you want to be their customer.
