Thank You Betty!

I was desperately looking for a Nikon 17-55 when I broke my similar lens 2 days ago. I looked everywhere and everyone has them on backorder. I called Arlington Camera 1 more time yesterday to see if they happened to get any in. I talked to Betty and she said they had 1 on hold and it was supposed to be picked up by this morning and would call me if it didn't get picked up. I figured there was no way I was going to get a call and sure enough first thing this morning Betty called my cell and said it was available. I said I'd take it and be there at 1:30 to pay for it. I showed up at 1:30 and picked up my new lens! Betty said she had to keep others from selling it because they all had buyers, even 1 that was in the store, but she had promised it to me, and protected it until I got there.

Betty saved the day and now I can shoot the races this weekend with 2 new lenses!
