if you park on the north west side of the river/ bridge you can walk up a short path to the top of the cliff, looking over the bridge / river and golf course etc. There is a small pull out if you are heading south on 360, just before the bridge.

The headlight trails are just caused by shooting for about a 3 minute exposure, close to dusk.

Sorry for the confusion. I have this window at home (as a decoration) that I took off the wall and brought it to the Location. No digital art was involved in shooting - only strong wind that moved my window and made it blurry.
Edit: Added the original uncropped image.

Great idea! I recently had my atrium patio door replaced, and I wanted to keep the old one for something like this. My idea was to take the door to a location where it would be out of place and use it like you used this window. But the door was too heavy.

I drive over this bridge almost every day. I noticed in the winter months shortly before sunset at about 5 PM, the setting sun casts a shadow of the bridge on the cliff next to the bridge.
