Missed this the last couple years, my nephew used to compete in this and actually picked up some trophies a few years back. May just head down to Austin this weekend.

I used to go to this every year in the late 90's and early 2000's. This show is sick. I used to show my S-10 down there back when i had it. havent been in a while but would love to try to make it back down again this year if i dont end up working.

I will tell yall from what EVERYONE in the show scene has told me......YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COVER THE ENTIRE SHOWGROUNDS in one weekend UNLESS you have a golf cart. there are about 4 to 5 thousand vehicles showing! we are getting a golf cart to cover the show grounds. they have them for rent out there. bring PLENTY of fluids and try to stay cool. that pavement isnt a joke! it gets SUPER hot and will wear you down FAST! I will be shooting as well as showing. hope to see some of yall there! off to go finish installing some of the interior of the hhr
