Me also being a hobbyist is where the trouble from this could stem. unless we are able to find somebody that was already looking for/has a studio and would like to lighten their monthly load a bit by letting others use the space occasionally, then I dont really see this happening. I doubt somebody is going to put there credit on the line (even in an LLC there is some personal responsibility) to let some hobbyists take some pictures.
FYI:I'm not trying to say its a bad idea or anything, I think its a wonderful idea, but if you figure out all the ways something like this can fail and take care of those points, then the success will happen on its own.
