Saturday trip. - 04-06-2010, 06:08 PM

So, I'm planning out my Saturday trip..

What I have so far is

B) Willow City
C) Llano
D) Kingsland Railroad
E) Inks Lake.

I'm undecided about doing the Willow City Loop since I'll be alone and I've heard that you are not supposed to "park" anywhere along the Loop. Other then that, are there any other spots along my route that I should check out. I'm kinda thinking that I'll take some side trips on the random back roads to check things out. I def. want to end at Inks Lake so I can grill me up some dinner and get the sunset..

I was at Willow City Loop last weekend. Don't worry about the parking. Everyone parks on the side. People stay close to their car, but they are parked on the side. There are a few places were there is some space available to park. Just watch out for the people walking and the motorcycle riders.
There are so many bluebonnets, you can just smell them all over the place.

When you are done with Inks Lake, you should take Park Rd 4 to 281. There is a very nice overlook.

This will be my first time going out there. I've planned trips, but never gone.
