Locations Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown - 02-22-2011, 08:33 PM

My niece and her husband eloped a few months back and have ask me to get some pic's of the two of them before he gets deployed. They live in Killeen. I'm planning to meet up with them this weekend somewhere between Austin and Georgetown and probably will want something on the North side of Austin. Are the locations Pickett Trail or Blue Hole Parks ok location? Or suggestions for other sites would be helpful. Thanks

Mark

Thanks Harris. I'll add this to my list of a few places I've found on-line.

Berry Springs Park is nice in Georgetown.... Soft, quiet palce to shoot. Part of it is an old pecan grove....

Hope the trip was worth it!

(That photo could add light with almost any photo editor, and it is a good one, worth it)

Since you allow editing to your photos, here's an adjustment that took about 30 seconds in Lightroom. Perfect? no. But it quickly shows how this could be adjusted to look more pleasing.....

Actually, it could also use a little warming up a bit, but I didn't bother with that, just wanted to provide a quick example of what Harris just commented on....

Thank guys! I agree needed some fill flash or reflector. Actually we had some business to attend to at the company my wife works for so while having to make the trip I was hoping to get some shots of my niece and her husband. That didn't happen so we threw a dress on the granddaughter and took a few quick shots.
