Looking for Austin area photog's that would/could volunteer to assist in documenting Hutto's 100th Anniversary. I am with the committee that is putting this thing together. We have hired an outside firm to run the event, but need some volunteers in certain areas. One of them is in our attempt to document this celebration. The website for information on the event is at

This is all happening the weekend of July 15th and 16th. We have assembled quite a line-up of entertainment for one afternoon and evening. They include: Vallejo, Dale Watson, Bob Schneider, Ray Wiley Hubbard and Los Lonely Boys. There are other bands playing as well. We are having a balloon glow early Saturday morning, a parade, and other events as well.
The good part is that volunteer photog's that work this event can use any images they capture for self-promotion. There are a couple of other rules that need to be discussed, but nothing major.
