Does anyone here in Austin have this lens? I would really like to take it for a test drive before purchasing one, and can't find a place to rent one yet.

Wow I am also interested in trying out this lens. I have read a bunch on them but just want to see how hard, if at all, they are to use in the field. Let me know if you find one!

Honestly I wouldn't want to use it without LiveView. Nailing focus (let alone judging the effect of tilts) is just too difficult through the viewfinder, especailly on a DX camera (I shoot a D300).

That said with LiveView on the D3/D300 it's not bad at all to use in the field.

Keep in mind this lens is only fully compatible with the D3 and D300; older DX cameras such as the D2x, D200, etc will have clearance issues that will prevent you from taking full advantage of the lens.

Got the D300..... If this lens does what I want, I would consider the jump to the D3 for the FX........
