Some questions: If I contract with someone out of state to shoot a wedding or event that is out of state, is that amount subject to Texas state sales tax? I don't think it is but want to make sure. What about contracting with someone out of state for an event here in Texas - is that taxable? I would think it is. And one more - contracting with another Texan for an event out of state? taxable? Any help appreciated. |
