Intern Contract/Employee Non-Disclosure Contract

I admit, I only did a half-hearted search through the archives, so I didn't find anything on this topic. I need some kind of document to start an intern/employee and/or non-disclosure contract. I've never read one, so I don't know what all should be in there. I've got a few ideas of my own, but the layout and pertinent statements, I need help with those. I know I can buy these things off the web, but I can't see what I'm buying, so I'm leary.

Anyone got a doc I can get started with?
