Logo C&C needed

This is a discussion on Logo C&C needed within the Business Talk forums, part of the Business Discussion category; I'm having trouble narrowing down. I think #3 is intuitive because the shutters are exposing the "U", but I'm not ...

I'm having trouble narrowing down. I think #3 is intuitive because the shutters are exposing the "U", but I'm not sure if most people will be able to tell if it's the letter "U". What do you think?

Would depend on the lines and composition of the specific image.

Looks like a 'U' to me. I like it, but shouldn't the gradient go the opposite? To me the gradient shows motion, as it should. But the button is stationary (on top), then pushed (down).

Maybe I'm thinking too much about it!

Whacha think? My domain is ShutterTexas but I don't think the logo necessarily has to match the doman. If that's the case then:
