Pounds of Customer Service - 08-05-2009, 11:46 PM

I decided to sign up with Pounds lab because they have a desk here in Ft. Worth.
I've had issues with UPS, etc. and was happy to find out that I could have my work sent there to be picked up.
I downloaded their software (PROS) and was muddling through it .....
I called the desk at 7:30am and left a message to see if they had some online tutorials that I could find to help me with the software. They open at 8:30am, but about ten minutes after I left my message, Cheryl called and said that there were no tutorials but if I wanted to stop by she'd help me with it....
I went today and in about an hour I learned more than I thought was possible..

That's the kind of service that makes you glad to be someones customer.

Eh, uh, oops, this is the biz talk, so I'll play nice.

I am glad I support Pounds when I hear about someone else having a positive experience. Our labs don't get enough credit for what they do. We charge clients for quality, depending on our labs to deliver. I tout our ability to deliver superior results because of the lab work we depend on. Its a win all the way around.

Face-to-face help is another reason to shop "locally."

They were really nice at the TPS booth - and I have their catalog here on the cute little thumbdrive they gave me. I heard mixed feedback from some folks on them - so it's nice to see input from some of ya'll who've been using them for years.

I've been using them for only one year. But we have only been in business for one year. My partner and I chose them because they do have a local counter here in Austin. They have been nothing but helpful for us. The local counter closes at 1:00 p.m. because they spend 1-5 p.m. each ady providing training for their PROS software. We figured it out for the most part and would stop in and ask a question. regina here in Austin would walk us through anything we wanted to know.

I also like the idea of picking up the prints at the lab counter. If there is an issue, you can take care of it right there.

Google is your friend.

www.google.com then type in Pounds Labs and voila, the answer to all your questions.

I signed up for Pound when they were in my working building, then they moved. Now I'm stuck with a different lab.

I got their info at TX School and haven't had a chance to try them out yet. Thanks for letting me know of their customer service!

You can still use Pounds. Just upload your order and a few days later you get your prints. Mine come UPS.
