Embroidery Service - 08-26-2009, 11:36 AM

After getting my logo pretty well ironed out the way I wanted it, I wanted to get some merchandise (hats and shirts so people would see my logo)

Looked around locally, and eveywhere around here either had a set up fee, or a digitization fee for the logo, or had some ridiculous minimums which was more than I could possibly even give away in a year...

I hollared at John ("thehatguy" on here) over at http://www.greatthreads.com

He got me taken care of quickly, his prices were awesome, and the quality is outstanding. If you need embroidery work, I would highly recommend at least giving him a look and see if he is a fit.

By the way -- no minimum order amount, and no set up fee! If you want a shirt you pay for a shirt, and you can come up with different colors if you want.

John,
Sincerely thank you for getting me taken care of so quickly! This will look great on Friday night at the stadium!

Nevermind -- I'll take care of it myself!

They look great Kent, thanks for the post. I'll bookmark John's site as I know this will become a need at some point...

Thanks for posting! Word of mouth is the best advertising (at least to me).

I'm looking to get some shirts/hats in the near future. Will definitely consider his services.

Nice work on the schwag. I'll book mark the page. Did you check out EmbroiderMe.com? Did they have the same type of setup costs?

Thanks for this link (3 years later.)

I followed the link to Queensboro Printing that I had found on here and have received my Customer ID #, which they refer to me as, and automated e-mails. And I just got a phone call from a very rude customer service representative, I don't think I will be doing business with them.

I was really upset because my cashflow is very tiny - I average about 1 wedding a year, and do things for friends and family the rest of the time. Queensboro's pricing was great for my tight packets. But with their rudeness and crappy turnaround time, I'll gladly pay for something more expensive.

I don't know what his pricing looks like at Great Threads, but I already love the look of the ladies polo shirts and the fact that he is semi-local. Thanks again for the link and I can't wait to get my first official Stephanie Hill Photography shirt! <3
