assistant/partner needed

I am about to get really busy and need some help. I am full time computer engineer with a passion for photography and the business is picking up.

I am looking for someone to work on an hourly/project basis to help me in a number of areas.

The ideal person I am looking for would be someone looking for part time work that is a jack of all trades.

Most importantly, I am need of graphic design help, I want someone that can create sports collages and posters...I shot Nationals for ice hockey last year and there is a ton of sales I can still pull out of those files and I am just too lazy/busy to do it myself. I need to get a few examples and send them out along with some other ideas I have that will get more orders coming in. I have another tournament next weekend and at least two more this year. So the collages are important to get moving on soon.

Action photo experience and equipment are a plus but the least important right now. The ability to work in lightroom and photoshop would be required as I will have batches of post production work to do along with uploading and help filling orders.

I also need some website help, again too busy to do it myself but someone that is creative that can offer some suggestions and someone that can at the least do some research and figure something out is preferred! I use smugmug and I would like to make not look like smugmug at the least or perhaps look at another site if they dont get coupons really soon...or perhaps add an additional site for my portfolio.

I have just signed on with two hockey organizations as official team photographer so I have to get tax id and all the business stuff going along with the ability to take credit card orders...I have to figure out what products I am going to offer, set pricing and need to learn how to knock out an entire team in under an hour. So experience in lighting and organization is a plus but some we will learn as we go!

Experience shooting action is a plus but shooting is the least of my needs right now but who knows...if you can handle it you can use my gear and take on some games when I don't have time.

Experience shooting weddings would be good as well as I have a couple coming up...this is not what I want to do much of but I enjoy the challenge it brings and I have not had too much formal training so I am all ears if you have some experience.

I have been shooting for 20 years but only recently started making money at it...I have a ton to learn and have quite a bit I can teach. I am looking for someone part time to get me started but honestly could use a partner...I keep trying to get my wife involved in the business but she just doesn't have the passion for it and we have a couple small children so it is hard for her to come with me on assignments. I think the problem is that a lot of people live over here, we just don't have the skillz to offer the whole enchilada. At least not yet!

I know that NILMDTS uses box.net to upload and transfer files. Couldn't you use this type of place to transfer files and do the PS and collage stuff long distance? Or is it you guys just find it easier to deal face to face and with one person???

The Wylie I was talking about is the Dallas-area Wylie (where I went to high school), not the Abilene-area Wylie. Murphy used to be an old gas station and a stoplight; now it has literally exploded into the big time. It's still about an hour from Fort Worth to Murphy, but not the slog it would be from Abilene (and what a fun slog that would be ... NOT!)

Murphy is east of Plano. Plano school district. For posters, I am fine with uploading and doing it remotely. I actually prefer to be able to just send x # of pictures and say have at it. then pay on a per poster basis or per hour. I just need someone that is quick, creative and really clean! if anyone knows a good graphic artist that might be interested please pass them my way. I have my brother checking out some college kids to do it now that are looking for work. I want this quick. Need some samples on my site preferably by this weekend!
