HELP! Millers Lab/ROES issue

I'm getting an error when I try to start ROES: "Configuration not found'. The configuration files for your photo lab could not be found or were corrupted during transfer.

The ordering system cannot run without these.

Please contact your lab to correct the problem.

What I've done to attempt to fix it:

I cleaned out the cache.
I deleted the temporary files in it and my browser (Mozilla)
I uninstalled the program.
I reinstalled the program.
I updated to the latest Java.
I made sure the latest Java was working.
I made sure Windows Firewall wasn't blocking it.
I deactivated my virus protection, just in case that was causing the error.

Anyone have any other suggestions? ;-P
