That looks nice....says it's for 32 bit vista...I wonder if it will work on 64 bit vista

Yup any 32bit app will work on a 64 bit system but not the other way around.

You need to edit the action field on inquiryform

instead of

<form method="post" action="file:///C|/Users/April/Desktop/mailme.php">

it should be

<form method="post" action="mailme.php">



The code is permission safe so no need to change your file permissions.

Ok just a few questions.
do every time I add a field to I have to tell it to include that field in the email or will it auto add any input? Looks like it just catches it all ?
This is perfect because I can put a pay now thing on the Thank you page.

It's a catch all so no need to specify what input fields to include.
