Maybe you need to define successful. I think that term is missused alot. For me it means running a business that supports the income that you need for many years. (what ever that number)
We have the rock stars. But just go to your local PPA Guild meeting and you will find a room of successful photographers.

At the top of my list would be Olan and Mary Mills. Next would probably be Paul Linwood Gittings, then Ted Sirlin, followed by Paul Skipworth.
