I've used GotPrint for some postcards and been pretty happy with them.

Another vote for gotprint.com. They may not be the cheapest, but quality is great.

I use uprinting.com for all printing . Exceptional work Great Prices and Great Turn Around.

I know you stated your looking for 250 but they have a good deal right now on 500 Postcards backside is blank white Full Color front for only $85 but they also do the night club style flyers aka promotional flyers 250 size 4.25 x 5.5 for only $48.

If you do visit the site i would suggest you look under postcards, flyers and nightclub flyers.
