Yeah FB isn't the most user-friendly interface around. I hate it actually. I'm slowly building my fanbase and friend list, but have yet to book anything from it :(

how do you start a 'business' facebook page? is it called 'fan page'? Any input is appreciated!

I haven't booked a ton from my page, but I have gotten a few appointments. Its for sure worth it to at least get your name out. I have 223 fans now. I get really excited when it isn't someone I know. LOL I would say about 25% of my fans are strangers.

My goal this year was to FB more and learn to use it. I feel the impact this year and getting the word out and feed back has been amazing. I have found so much activity, it's really great, now I can't stay away.

Facebook is a wonderful marketing tool. We set up a page for Abilene Boudoir not too long ago. Its totally worth taking the time to learn to use it. ;o)
