Yes anyone can go and get stock photography from istock photo and have flyers made. Do you think a car dealership actually has the car you saw on TV at the showroom floor?

Advertisements are made to get a potential customer to your site so they can look at your portfolio and decide if they want you. O and by the way the baseball photo is one of mine.
