Quote for Audiobook Cover

Last summer, at the request of a big publishing house, I shot a photo for the cover of an upcoming book. Now, I've received a request from the company that will be producing the audiobook to use the same photo on its cover. I've looked at a few sites to see what would be a fair price for just the audiobook (run of under 1000 for US and Canada only) but I can't find much that is comparable (either runs of 10,000 or combining the printed book with the audio).

I haven't purchased fotoquote -- I'm open to it if it will help, but if it doesn't, I'd rather not waste the money (at least not until/if it appears I'd use it more than once). Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
