SCORE is a division of the Small Business Administration that is composed of retired business executives who volunteer services to small businesses and small business startups.
I've met with a gentleman from the
Fort Worth Chapter some years ago, and he showed me how to write a business plan, and gave me some literature to read etc, but that’s as far as I went with it.
Have any of you ever used these services before, and to what extent?
I know that the PPA has their mentor program, but I came across my materials for the SCORE program and will probably try to schedule an appointment with them soon.
Also, what other resources from the SBA have you used in the past, if any?
