Event Contract Needed

Before I go looking to re-invent the wheel and get an attorney to draft one for me, does anyone have a contract I could use for the following type of event, or something close (all I have are wedding ones, and those would require more editing then it's worth).

Activity: Onsite Event Photography (i.e. a Party, Banquet, etc)

Terms:
A) Flat fee $D for X# hours of #P Photographers doing portraits and also general atmosphere shots.
B) Y# of 8x10s will be printed on site for immediate use (signed by celebrity & placed in client provided frames)
C) General Shots & Portraits also placed on online gallery for 60 days for ala carte ordering by any attendees (payment to be made at time of ordering).
D) Z# of General & Portrait shots to be provided digitally in low resolution to the event organizer for use on their website (gallery, advertising, etc)
E) 180 days after the event, the entire collection of images, watermarked, will be provided to the client digitally in medium resolution for archiving and further promotional use.

Just hoping someone has something similar.
Basically this will be a series of events where I'll be shooting several people with celebrities, printing out the shot for the celeb to sign, and giving them to the client/event organizer to give to the subjects. (This will be prepaid by the client). If people want more copies, they'll have to order them from me online.
