I have used Printroom for the last year to fullfill my print orders for the few events I shoot.
At the end of January my account showed that a profit check was sent. Well, beginning the first of March when my check had not arrived I sent them an email complaint. To shorten the story, several emails later the accounting department never contacted me as promised. I finally called and talked with their Customer Service. The rep. said she would send me a check. There was no menttion of verification to see if the check had been sent, stolen or cashed, she just said she would send a check. I received it in a couple of days.
I think they were holding my check until I complained. Maybe the firm is experiencing financial difficulties. I don't know, has anyone else experienced this.
I'm now shopping for a new firm to do my print orders.
