I am looking for 2-3 2nd shooters for a corporate Golf Tournament.

Who: Entry to mid-level 2nd shooters looking to build their portfolio. You need to be comfortable and confident in shooting sports and candids, and some posing experience is needed.

What: Corporate Golf Tournament - 2 shooters will be capturing action and candid shots, 2 shooters will be capturing team pictures. You will have a golf cart, and will ride from team to team taking pictures. (Team picture shooters should not have to work the full shift).

When: May 1, 2010 (8a-1p & 12p-5p) There are two shifts, 2 courses, 2 shooters per course. (total of 4 or 8 shooters)

Where: Bear Creek Golf Club, Grapevine, TX

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per shift ($250 - $400 for the day) DOE. (Please I do not need any pm's stating how sucky the pay is. I know it is low... it is what it is ) FYI - This job was not booked by me, there is a 3rd party involved that performs national events.

Please pm me with your shift availability (you can elect to take 2 shifts if you like), a link to your work, and contact info. I will be in contact with primary and back-up candidates. Please note that preference will be given to those I know or have worked with in the past.

Thanks,

Warren

Robert, it depends on the different positions. Team shots or Action. Action shooters make more as they will work harder.

Seems like a long drive from Houston?

I did this for our corporate golf scramble last year. My advice, closer the better and stay on the hook side of the swing. More people slice than hook. Stay on the side lines and use trees or golf cart as cover.

I only had one team aim for the photographer. Only once did a ball come close. It was not the team aiming for me either. :)

Would love to for next year...already committed to Texas School prep. But the thread is worth a bump for some local DFW shooters...

Thanks everyone... by the time the client was finished, we were down to just 2 photographers.

I have filled both positions. (One from TPF and one Outside TPF).
