...specializes in small business and possibly with experience in the photography industry. I would prefer the lawyer to be located in Houston or the surrounding areas but all recommendations are welcomed.

Have you asked the PPA? Their lawyers kick ass. And you may already be covered for what ever you need if you are a member. Just a suggestion.

But he's not in Houston. Regardless, Jeff has offered some excellent advice on this forum (meaning there are lots of times I would have said the same thing , but he beat me to it) and I wouldn't hesitate to call him with a business question.

If you still need a referral in Houston, I can ask my lawyer friends down there who they would recommend.
