I like that you're keeping it simple, but I agree with the others, the four small images on the back are going to be way too tiny. I think have your name, contact info, web address on one side, with no photos (keep it simple), on the other maybe have 4 different backs (senior, baby, family, engagement) with a photo filling the whole side with just your "ab" mark. Make sure to print it out to scale and that everything is legible (photos as well, some photos may be great, but may not look very good this small).

I'd be careful with the image you have on the upper right of the African American lady - combined with the baby blue background her skin might appear to have a green shade to it, which would make your picture look awful. It is due to an optical illusion your eyes will play.
