Hello,
Doing a job for a museum. I want to be able to give them full rights but not sole rights. They may do what ever they want with the images, marketing, reproduction, etc., but I still want to be able to own the sole rights.
their agreements states: The undersigned Photographer hereby sells, assigns, transfers, conveys and delivers to Museum all of Photographer's right, title and interest (including copyright rights) in and to the photographs described below (the "Photographs"), and in and to any copyright registrations and renewals and extensions that may be granted thereon, together with the rights to duplicate, reproduce, copy, license, create derivative works, or otherwise utilize the Photographs, and together with the right of Photographer to recover for damages and profits for past and future infringements thereof.
I can amend this, but would like assistance from you guys. Any help would greatly be appreciated. |
