What to charge for web use of image?

Hi,

I've been approached by someone who wants to license one of my images for use on a commercial web page. No other use - it will not be used in a print campaign.

I not a pro, and I have no idea what to charge. It's an image that I like really well, perhaps one of my all time favorites. So I don't want to give it away. But I want to price it reasonably. (While not highly specialized, it's not the type of shot one is likely to find on a stock site, either.)

So, please, can someone help with pricing tips?
