We've been with Texans Credit Union for years, business-wise, and my husband has had a personal account with them for decades. Never a problem, and we have NO complaints about them. Business checking is totally free, and I know they even have interest-earning accounts! (We have one, but I don't know if it's business or personal... Clint handles all that....)

How funny, glad to see I am not alone. I have looked into Viewpoint Bank here in town, and it appears they do not charge for a minimum... as of today I have yet to make it in though so I cannot confirm that.

BofA wont see my business unless they become the only bank / cu in the nation. Nothing but disdain for the way they conduct business.

Check with the company that has your mortgage. I get free checking for both personal and business.
