I have been a PPA member since 2004 and they have always been very helpful with this kind of situation...and others in the past, just a suggestion.

Im only telling the OP what my opinions are on this matter...

As far as registering ALL my images, nope I dont, but if ever a situation arises I will and I will also not allow my work to be stolen and would ask for compensation...

I don't know about this type of case specifically, but just had this conversation with a friend who is a lawyer. Most states have reciprocity: if a lawyer has practiced for three years in the state in which they have passed the boards, they are able to practice in other states.

Louisiana is an exception, their state laws are based on the Napoleonic code.

Louisiana has some strange laws and procedures.

You can't repo a car in LA. the sheriff has to do it for you.
