Projecting images for clients - 02-01-2011, 10:45 AM

I am redesigning the area where I project previews and wondered what size most of you prefer? I was limited to 30x40 inches, but should be able to project 40x60 now; the size of the screen. Does anyone project larger than that, and do you think it is beneficial to do so?

As designed, the will customer sit about 8 feet from the screen.

We seat our clients 8 to 10 feet from the projection screen, which is 45" x 65" and on a large wall in the gallery area. We use a Mitsubishi projector via HDMI cable.

Your projection size should be the largest size you are selling.

Thanks, that seems to be about what I will be able to do.

I never know what size the customer will be buying, so I start off with the largest size I can, which will now be a 40x60. However, I might decide later to that a 30x40 would be sufficient.
