You will need to figure out your pricing, each photographer is different.
Also Tad Crawford has book on Business and legal forms for photographers you can get it on amazon.

Oh definately. I was just needing to look at a form to mimic. I have my own price list.

For invoicing, try Billing Manager by Intuit (the Quickbook people). It's free & online and does just one thing: Invoice.

https://billingmanager.intuit.com/bi...-invoicing.url

I use it for 3 companies right now. Love it.

totally do NOT mimic other people's packages. its the kiss of death, especially when you are starting out. why? many photogs are operating below expenses, which means they are running in the red. PPA (last I looked - it may have gone up) said you need $100 per hour to break even with no studio overhead. Tally your total time plus expenses invested in each package you offer to give you a baseline to start from. A really easy way to do it is $100 per hour for a 3 hour shoot starts your session prices at $300. Add in cost for product, and then a profit margin. it doesnt matter if you are new or not. if you are planning on setting up shop, do it right the first time and you and your clients will be a lot happier. :)
