senior model/ambassador program

So I need to get serious about getting a program together for seniors and I really don't want to start from scratch..I don't have the time nor the energy. I'm not sure this is the forum, but I thought I would give it a try (won't cost me anything right!!) Any suggestions? I'm even wondering if there are any photographers that would have a workshop in the summer.

I think starting from scratch is not a bad thing, I have a program and it works fairly well. It seems I need to continue to tweak mine each year. I'm about to rework mine for my group next year.

It will cost you a ton though, you will have to provide them with some product, as well the time you spend shooting and editing is not free to you.

My Ambassadors pay to be part of the program, it is not free.

I hope to start my workshop series mid-summer. It will cover lots of senior work, off camera lighting, editing, and product offering.
