You have to be setup as a Client, Art Leather does not sale to the public; you need to professional photographer or a studio. They have some the best albums available but, there is generally 3 to 4 week lead-time and for the most part, you have to buy most of the smaller I-mount albums in bulk. I you only wanting one or two of the I-mounts it is best to get a group together and split up the orders. Most ship in sets of 5, 8 or 10 ea. I have the 2006 price list, PM and I will let you in the know. Alternatively, I can give you my sales rep, he always returns my calls but there again I buy a lot of albums to :-) .

Call the sales rep that covers your territory. I found mine (north texas/ok/ak guy) very helpful. Unfortunately, I left his info at home but so far, my single experience with them has been positive and I'll give them a try.

I met with him last week and he took me through his product line and provided a price sheet. He also recommended products for the different price points in my packages.

You can't expect album manufacturers to have an easy price list to access...I wouldn't like it if my customers can easily figure out raw material costs for albums. Most of the basic ones for 10/20 (10 leaves/20 pages) or so are around $70 or so.

The I-mounts come in packs of 5, but they have a deluxe i-mount available in singles now.

you can get the reps name from the company website, He call and said he would send me the catalog and brochure but I have not recieved it yet.

The only place I have found that has some of the Art Leather Albums with prices listed is
www.albumhouse.com

But I am really considering only offering AsukaBooks, instead of the traditional leather album..all of the people I have showed them to love them and say they would rather have a coffee table book to show than a leather album...

I've had a similar reaction and as such, that is all I offer currently as well... at least for albums. I do offer prints and will work with them if they really, really want a traditional album, but I haven't had one that wanted to do that yet.

Offer Leather Craftsman and ZookBooks also, a great leather album with many many choices but still get the nice coffee table style. The 3500 series from Leather Craftsman is by far my best seller of all of them and David in San Antonio is a GREAT customer rep and is there anytime you need him. Make sure you tell him I sent you to him so I can give him a hard time next time I see him.

Agree with everything that's been said so far. Leather Craftsmen is really good. Asuka is a great buy. Zook makes a good book. Art Leather's customer service SUCKS! Their local rep has NEVER returned a call. Their main factory rep eventually sent me the stuff - but half of the account info was wrong.
