Click and drag the emails in your Spam folder to your Inbox and treat them as normal. Moving them to the Inbox may teach your email that such emails are not spam.
How your clients email applications handle emails is a function of their own email set up. However, you can set your email to require a receipt when it/they are read. That should let you know if they have been read or lost. |
