CD Boxes - 01-30-2006, 09:10 AM

Anyone know where to get some pretty CD boxes? (The cardboard type to put the gem cases into). I'm needing some for slideshows, and I don't want just plain white. I'd like something a little fancier looking. Anyone have any leads on these?

How about getting DVD slip cases, print a nice cover for it, and an insert on the inside? I've seen those for sale at Sam's, Best Buy, etc.

Thanks for responding you guys. I already do that, but I'm looking for something of a giftbox type thing to insert it into. I don't need a ton of them, but I'd be willing to buy in bulk if I could find just the right thing.
I originally got the idea through Collages. When they ship their demo slideshow, they use a pretty black box with silver ribbon. I just loved it, and it was almost like a present. That's the exact kind of presentation I'd like to send to my customers, but I just have no idea where to get them, and I don't imagine that collages would help me out, as they are trying to move their own version of the slideshows.
Thanks though for the idea!

Not really AJP, I'm looking for more of a standard cardboard box in a size that CDs will easily fit into. I can get white ones from the Container Store, but I was hoping someone would know where I could find some in colors, or at least black. I'd search online, but I wouldn't even know where to begin.

I remember seeing some in various colors in a mailing supply / shipping catalog. Don't remember the name though.

Could not find our catalog (we probably tossed it away when we moved offices in Sept).

Glad you found those above - good prices.
