BEWARE! Excel Picture Frames

Just a note to other photogs who use EXCEL PICTURE FRAMES company. They are HORRIBLE.

I ordered a frame for a good client a few months ago. Excel charged the card, and didn't ship the frame for 4 weeks. (They weren't supposed to charge until the item shipped). We get the frame and its wrong. Wrong dimensions. Wrong frame size. Wrong mat size. Just wrong. Its their fault. They sent us the wrong sizes. They send a call tag. UPS takes the frame away, after Thanksgiving. Its now coming up on the middle of Jan and they have not called me back or emailed me. They were supposed to refund. Incredibly embarrassing and looks horrid for my business. As of today, they have not refunded or contacted me despite my attempts to contact them numerous times. I'm gonna have to file a charge back.

Better hurry. There is usually like a 60 day window for a chargeback.

I have great luck with Excel.. love them, but they do have issues sometimes just like any large company.

We use GNP for our pro frames, and Frame Destination has always done great work for us.

Thanks Brad. This is the second major screw up with them in a short period. Disappointed. Can't do business with ppl like this. Thank you for the other suggestions.
