I'm a member of the Equine Photographer's Network and they run classes for different things quite regularly. Their
next class is a business class that is in four parts and the sessions are: Getting Started (tax i.d., etc), Making Contacts and Getting Work, Accounting and Paperwork, and All the Other Stuff You Need to Know (copyrights, workflow, contracts, etc.)
The class is called the
Business of Equine Photography starts in Feb, costs $179, and they send you four dvd's as supplemental material.
I was thinking about doing this, but I wanted to make sure there wasn't some other class or course program that I should look at instead? This one from EPNet looks very thorough and the instructor is an amazing photographer, but I don't know everything.

So I want to check with those of you that have been in the game for years and years and make sure I don't spend my meager earnings frivolously. I do have several books I cling for life to, my local network of photog pros that answer my millions and billions of questions, and Pixtus - But I want to make sure I am doing everything by the letter of the law, in an organized manner, and as professional as possible.
