Sloppy borders for CS - 02-07-2006, 01:55 PM

Anyone know where I could download some sloppy borders for use in CS?

Free is better, but I dont mind paying a decent fee as I'll be using these for all my albums.

thanks :)

I have a lot of actions that create borders, but have NO IDEA if they qualify as "sloppy" . . . what is sloppy???

looking for something like these , but with white edges too or where it looks like the image has delicate tears around it.

not this drastic, but you get the idea ...are there actions that do this too?
