Flash player problems.

I am having a booger of a time.

I have been trying to access some web site and they say I have to have flash player or shockwave installed. When I go to download it ( which I think I already have it)
It always sucessfully installed, then when I go back to the site it still wont let me access it. Im thiking of getting a flash site in the very near future but this is drivig me insane...any thoughts..Im on AOL and it seems my daughter and husband dont have this problem when they are on there AOL accounts?

if you are at work, then most likely you are behind a firewall, if at home, then AOL should have a page where they walk you through checking your settings because it appears your account has some type of restriction on it that the other family members don't have. sometimes the security settings in IE are not set properly and can causethis as well....
