Sports sales??

Help me out here please.
I'm shooting a volleyball league, team and individual shots (head shots and a full body).
I want to offer on-line ordering, and I think I need a prepay system to ensure my sales. I will offer a a team and individual with team logo composite, team shot, individual head shot, and full body "poster" with logo and name etc. Other ideas here?

I do the compositing and poster post processing work myself.

What do you guys do for this? Give a voucher? Will that work for one time use for each customer or will I need a different voucher for each customer. Since everyone gets their picture made (for the league website) even if they don't prepay, I'd like to offer something extra for those who prepay, say a free 5x7 headshot. I would still upload everyone, so I have the possibility of sales to those who didn't prepay. How can I integrate that into the presales/voucher?
(I use Exposure Manager on-line sales)

What do you need to do that ExposureManager doesn't handle? You can create a coupon campaign through them that should take care of what you need (unless I'm not understanding correctly).
