Kimberley - I like the second card, not the B&W version. It just seems warmer.

I like the the layout - very clean, easily seen. The typeface is good. I also like the picture orientation and spacing.

One other point - I like the size of the script name in the B&W version better. It seems easier to read than the second version.

I was about to ask if you could do the BW text with the color photo...that might look better and be an easier read

I'd put the color photo on the first example, leaving the black background and white text.

I prefer the second card, with color. Nice design.
Howevever, the girl's smile looks forced to me, not her natural self. Just my 2 cents.
