I think this guy got what he deserved.

They should revoke any business licenses he has also, forbid new ones, and notify insurance companies so that he can't get business insurance.

So there are Photozillas out there too, not just Bridezillas.

He should be glad that he wasn't in Texas because he probably would have been shot years ago.

"Tied all the loopholes", eh?

People like that ought to be smacked upside the head with their own equipment. Or Paul's suggestion.

What a JERK! He got off too easily. And you're right about what would've happened if he were in Texas!

Wow... talk about bait and switch. I'm glad civil litigation was brought against him. And what's with the "I'm increasing my prices so you have to sign a new contract"? You start your new pricing with new contracts. If any vendor told me that I probably would find a new vendor.

Mmmm... because his clients are stupid, I think. Or at least, overly trusting.

How is he still in business is a good question, since it's violating a court order.

Quote:
¶20. As a condition of probation, Roob was ordered to pay restitution to each couple and ordered to turn over to each couple all proofs, photographs and negatives of their wedding. He was also prohibited from working as a self-employed photographer or from involving himself in photography negotiations.
