Encore 2.0 help

I know this is a photo fourm but I am sure some of you out there use Encore to author DVD's for your customers. I am looking for some good tutorials on creating DVD Menu's thru photoshop. I have read the basic tutorials and I am trying to figure out how to make some more advanced menu's. Also I cant find anything that explains the new "replacment layer" functionality in encore 2.0.

From what I understand it is a function that allows you to have your menu resize on any monitor...so if you have a client with a wide screen you can build a PSD for the menu that will automatically adjust to either 4:3 or 16x9
