Commercial Contract: Internet Clause

I have a commercial contract already made, but I took it to my professor (he is also a lawyer) to have him look it over and he said that I needed to add an Internet clause.

Since his advice was free he couldn't really go into details (I guess) and I didn't ask. I thought I could find something online, because that’s how I was able to make my contract in the first place, but I can't. So does anyone have any guidelines on how I should construct my clause on internet usage and how it should be worded?

Here's a clause in my contract that covers it:
Exhibition: Client may choose to purchase specific negatives, slides, or digital images upon request. Client grants Photographics permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Photographics’ photographic work, whether in print, web, or other media and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.
